The Rate and Review window feature will allow you to display an in-app rating window to your end users. You can configure it to display as frequently or infrequently as you prefer based on a few types of paramters outlined below. Your iOS app must but on version 6.8.1 or higher for this feature to work.
NOTE: This is an iOS only feature and the end user's device must be on iOS 10.3 or higher for this feature to work.
How to configure the Rate and Review feature
1. Log-in to your mag+ Publish portal (https://publish.magplus.com)
2. Click on the Apps tab and then the "Rate and Review" button.
3. In the screen that appears, check the "Rating enabled" box.
You can configure the days count, app launch count, and event count here.
Rating days count - This value determines how many days before the Rate and Review window will display.
Rating app launch count - This value determines how many app launches before the Rate and Review window will display.
Rating event count - This value determines how many events (i.e. user interaction within the app) before the Rate and Review window will display.
NOTE: A zero (0) value will allow the Rate and Review window to display the most frequently.
The Rate and Review window will also have a short delay before it displays consecutive times.4. Click the Save button once it has been configured.
The Rate and Review window feature is a live setting and can be configured without updating your app once your app has been built with our 6.8.1 version and up.
