Hi There. When I try to create a new project in the Designd Production tool, when I hit Create Project I get a pop up that says "Global Error! An unhandled error has occurred: Type Error: Error #2007. Yes/No." and if I close that it just says waiting on InDesign and continues to load. I couldn't find info about this error anywhere. Any ideas on what's causing this problem?

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble.
Try this, quit out of InDesign and the Production Tool and then update both your versions of Adobe Air (from here: https://get.adobe.com/air/) and Adobe Flash (from here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/) and let us know if that helps once relaunching both of those applications and trying again afterward.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I tried updating both and ended up running into the same error like before.
I also uninstalled all of magplus and reinstalled it now after updating Adobe Air and Flash and still get the same pop up error #2007

To rule it out, after quitting out of all applications, try installing the latest 7.1.3 version from our website (here: https://www.magplus.com/my-magplus/) and see if that helps after relaunching the applications and trying again.
