My mag + Designd production tool keeps giving me this error #1069, I have uninstalled both mag + and adobe air and reinstalled the newest version on to my Mac and restarted my computer to no avail. Has anyone else had this issue? It was working up until I tried to create a new project for the first time.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble.
Just to rule it out, try quitting out of InDesign as well as the Production Tool and then try installing the latest version of Adobe Flash as well (from here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/) and see if that helps after relaunching those programs again.

Ya I tried installing the latest version of Adobe Flash, but I'm still getting the same error.

Can you clarify what Mac OS you're using?
I'm on the latest version of high Sierra 10.13.3
Thanks for confirming, we recently just released a new version of our tools.
To rule it out, after quitting out of all applications, try installing the latest 7.1.3 version from our website (here: https://www.magplus.com/my-magplus/) and see if that helps after relaunching the applications and trying again.
