According to the error description the problem seems to be in the security of the server or in the the security certificate.

The mib file was working properly and now it can´t access web pages using files generated with the builder.

We're sorry to hear that you're having some trouble, can you send us a screenshot of the error you're seeing?

Also, can you please elaborate on what you trying to do in the Feature Builder?
