If you're using transparency on the A-Layer and it's moving over another object that requires swiping, this can occur since they both adopt the swipe gesture. This has to do with the sensitivity of the device's touch screen and somewhat out of our control. But if you have an example file you can provide me I'd be happy to take a look and see if there is a workaround for you.
A layer sticking over slideshow
I have a slideshow (built in indesign, not HTML) on the B layer of my vert. It's swipeable.
When the content in the A layer moves over the slideshow (with a black knockaback set) I'm having issues where sometimes the A layer will become 'sticky' and won't budge until I swipe a few times, then it starts moving again.
I've tried multiple workarounds like adding a transparent box behind the A layer content and grouping it all together, but it doesn't work.

Thanks Matt. How can I send the files to you? Can you message me off forum and I'll send the files along.
