We have seen this rejection before, it is not new. If Apple deems that the content in the Live section of your app is promoting other purchases or another platform they can reject it.
The good news is that it's only a metadata rejection and if you change the url in your Live window or change the content on your webpage so that it does not go against their reasons in the rejection notice then you can simply resubmit stating in the review notes at the bottom of the app details page that this has been adjusted and you won't need to upload new binary. Your app will be put right back into the queue for review and you will not need to wait another 6 - 10 business days.
