Hi - This is actually planned for the Sept release: you will be able to make separate layouts for each orientation, directly from InDesign.
Joining two verticals as one: one for portrait, one for landscape orientation.
I'm not sure if this idea wasn't requested by someone else, but this would be great if there could be possibility of stitching two orientation-locked verticals as one - but used separately for portrait and landscape orientation of tabet. Just as it is easy to join two verticals by adding number beside identical vertical's ID, this could be done by adding one more field for orientation info or just by exporting two vericals with the same ID and locked orientation: portrait and landscape.
I found pinning the great feature, and I know it was suggested many times to do this with script loading two different jpgs in html box. But sometimes - especially when I get ads from client prepared for both orientations and they vary in layout and have to contain links, that are placed in different places of ad after tablet's rotation, or I want to add video to one orientation (esp. horizontal) but not to another - this would be great to prepare something absolutely different for differnent orientations.

Oh, that't great to hear it's coming soon! Well done!
So is this part of the 4.0 update ? I didn't find it :S
Hi - Unfortunately no, it didn't make it in for this release, but we are planning it for the next one in a couple of months. As soon as we have a beta version ready to try, I'll post it out here for you for an early look.
