Hello Mark,

My colleague tried to reach out to you in the support ticket you opened however please let me know if you are still having trouble.  Also, make sure you are on the latest version of our Plugin (5.1.1) as this error should have been resolved in a previous version.

Was a general answer to this question ever found? I'm getting the same error message and don't have any idea where to begin troubleshooting it.

Thanks,
Paul

Hello Paul,

Are you on the latest version of our plugin (5.1.3)?  Could you send me one of your InDesign file producing this error?  It could be that you are using an older template file in which some of our features work a bit different now.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your response. Fortunately or unfortunately, I went back and re-created the .mib file with the Production tool and it didn't give me that error again. I'm not sure why. We published the .mib file that was giving us the error but haven't heard that any users are having trouble with it so we're just moving forward with that one, hoping it's fine

Thanks again,

Paul.

Hello Flavio,

Make sure that you do not have any block/image frame objects without a width or height or any stray points in your vertical as these will not be converted by the Plugin.

I had this same issue today. It was related to a LINE that I had on the page. I changed it to a thin box.
