After logging in, I see the 'Submit a Request' option at the top of the forum. I believe that's what you're looking for.
is there no longer a direct link to request tech support?
i am having a problem with our RSS feed not updating. clearly, it's a bit too specific for posting in the forum. was there not a direct ticket-based support function here? where did it go? please, bring it back.

hello. no, i do not see that option. i am logged into both magplus, and the forum software (i.e. i see 2 "logout" links, also confusing). this is on the help screen. is it another location? screenshot of what i see attached. using latest safari (Version 7.0.2 (9537.74.9)), with OS X 10.9.2 (13C64). very odd, indeed.

That's strange indeed. Could you try a different browser perhaps? Here's a screenshot of what I see in Chrome.
Do you currently or did you have a paid brand setup with us at one point?

i work as a designer for a client who has a paid brand that we actively publish to monthly. i used to be able to make support tickets. is that why the links are missing? i checked with the brand account in chrome and i see the links there, but wasn't sure if it was a browser issue. someone else manages the brand account, and i can't receive emails through it, so i need to use my own account. is there a way for them to make me a "memeber" or something, so that i can maintain direct access to support?
