Newsstand Error HELP!

I'm not sure if this is to do with mag+ or iTunes connect but i am getting a 'unexpected response from server' on my issues on newsstand. I have published a new issue, it has updated on the App Store but hasn't appeared on the newsstand as it usually does - I just get the error pop up (screenshot attached) I have also contacted iTunes in the US and they're looking into it. I have asked mag plus a few times for help with no response, I really need help with this, it would actually be nice to speak to an actual person instead of waiting for an email. I would really appreciate some help!!! Thanks Harriet

PS.

I'm also having the same problem on android so it must be related to Mag+
When I download it from Google Play and open it, it just says "unable to fetch application config,retrying" and constantly try's to connect to the server

PLEASE can someone help??

Hi, was wondering if you've figured out what was wrong? I have the same problem as well and I can't even access my publish page.

Hi Pinn_b,

Apparently our Mag+ account was disabled, so I would check with your account managers at Mag+ to see what they can do

Yes I got the problem resolve. If you contact your account manager they will be able to sort it out.

Unexpected response from server

We are havig the same problem
With all our newsstand apps

What is the problem how can we fix this?
