Viewing an PDF export in the Mag+ Reviewer, Black screen

Hello,

I've converted an PDF using the PDF Conversion Script, which i can open and browse through perfectly fine in the Production Tool. I've connected my device to the same network, i know this (Duh?) because the review is uploaded to my device without any errors at all. Though, the screen is completely black. I can scroll through all the pages at the bottom of my screen, viewing them as they are supposed to be. But each time i click on a page it's displayed as black on my device. Any help would be totaly awesome!

Edit: If it matters, the file is shown in the "Reviewer Push Library" with the correct thumbnail, named as "null".

Kind Regards,

Robin.

Hello Robin,

I'm sorry you're having some trouble with our converter.  Could you send me the MIB file that you created from it?

Hello,

I would like an answer to this, too.

I imported PDF using the script and uploaded to Mag+ production tool but when I review the pages I only get the initial page visible. I can see the individual pages in the scrubber and in the Mag+ Reviewer "issues" menu, and I can scroll through the verticals but it keeps only showing the one page.

An answer would be much appreciated.

Hello Jawad,

Are you still having trouble?  Do you have an InDesign file (in .IDML format) you can provide me so I can see how it was exported from the PDF converter script?

Having the same issue with "PDF Import" and using "Linked images" or setting the Object Panel to "PDF".. the issue is as described above. MIB loads fine, scrubber is fine, pages are black

@Charlie de Demko, can you provide us with some packaged files (pdfs and resulting InDesign files), as well as a screen capture of the PDF import window with the options you have selected so we can try to recreate the problem?
