I have the exact same problem. Please answer?
I also experience the same issue on android.
Hello everyone,
Apologies for the delay in response. The reason for this problem is simply because the slideshow feature is currently not support on the Android platform. There are a handful of features that cannot be executed on this platform like they can on iOS but we are working hard to improve our product to accommodate for Android/Kindle devices to allow such features. Please read through some of our current limitations so that you are aware of them before you finish your design process:
http://magplus.zendesk.com/entries/21021118-Limitations-when-designing-for-Android
We do, however, offer the ability to create HTML based content (like a slideshow) using our web-based Feature Build tool:
This will work on Android but keep in mind that many Android devices may handle HTML differently, please see our article on using HTML on Android as well:
http://support.magplus.com/entries/21008032-html-android-limitations-mag-v-3-1
I hope this helps you understand both ours & Androids platform a little better.

Could you maybe give an estimate on when the slideshow feature will be enabled for android/kindle devices? Will it be on the next release of mag+ and when (approximately) is the release planned to go live? So i can discuss the options with the client.
I made a issue for iOS that is using the slideshow feature a lot, so it would be a lot of work to change all the slideshows to custom html. Maybe in my case it would be better to wait till the feature is implemented for android then to change everything to html.
Bram,
Our developers are working on a big Android release that will include many new features for the platform that are currently available for iOS. The current target for this release is mid-November.
