Hi Shahroud,

Make sure to restart InDesign after you have installed the plugin. Then you should be able to find the plugin under Windows in InDesign.

If that does not help, please let us know your specs of InDesign and computer and we might be able to help you out.

Regards,

Anders

Hi Anders,

I can't seem to find the plugin under "Window" in InDesign either. I have CS6 (downloaded compatible Mag+ production tools) and an iMac with OS X.

Let me know what I can do.

Best,

Dane

Hello Dane,

First be sure that you downloaded/installed the correct CS version of the plugin.  Also try restarting InDesign or even your computer.  Additionally, make sure it installed in the correct location Applications > InDesign CS6 > Plugin-ins > Mag+.  If you have another version of CS installed on your machine, or if there has been a folder created for other versions (CS5.5, CS5 or CS4), make sure the plugin did not install into one of these directories instead.

If you're still having trouble, try deleting your Mag+ folder from the Application folder an re-run the installer from below:

Hi Mike, I am having the same issue. The plugin did not install correctly. Do not have other versions, just CS6. Searched for the plugin in finder and can't see it anywhere. Looked in the InDesign pluggin folder (Applications > Adobe > CS6 > Indesign > Pluggins) and it's not there either. Tried all of the above. Rebooted. Restarted InDesign. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Any help would be great.

Ok, I found the problem. Mag+ created a new Adobe Indesign folder and placed it in there.
