Tip: Scrolling text box/panning

Copying and pasting text out of inDesign into Photoshop to make a graphic of the text you want in a scrolling text box using the pan feature is a little excessive.

Tip: Make text boxes and graphics and group them together and copy. Then make a second empty box and use Paste in Place. Adjust the positioning to where you want the scrolling content to start. 

It's working fine for me--fewer steps and fewer settings to worry about.
