I was not able to find an app associated with your user here. Maybe you have another email connected to your Publish account?
Anyhow, to find the reason for this problem, please go through the following:
Make sure that you have created an in-app purchase for a subscription in iTunes Connect.
Make sure that you have create a subscription in Mag+ Publish and connected it to the in-app purchase in iTunes connect using the product ID.
Make sure that you have enabled the Store under APPS > Build Settings in Mag+ Publish.
If 1 is the problem. Create an in-app purchase for your subscription, connect it to the subscription in Publish using the product ID and ask them to review your app again in the resolution centre. No need to resubmit the binary.
If 2 is the problem. Create a subscription in Mag+ Publish and connect it to in-app purchase in iTuens Connect using the product id. Ask them to review your app again in the resolution centre. No need to resubmit the binary
If 3 is your problem, set it to have a store, then generate a new build. Test the app on your iPad. Make sure you have store and can see the subscription. Resubmit the binary to apple.
