Possible to slide one element underneath another?

I was wondering if it is possible to have one element (A) scroll vertically underneath another element (B). The end effect would have B covering A. I know I'm probably doing a horrible job at explaining this, so I've attached a couple images to try and clarify.

Hey Anders, I'm looking to use this effect but I get a 404 when I click on the Dropbox link to the html file. Can you help me get the HTML file? Any chance this will be a new feature in the next version?

I was trying to figure this out but don't know what to do with the html code ... your link no longer works unfortunately, so I can't see the example. Will you be adding something like this to the plugin soon? In my attached screen shot, I wanted text to slide up (attached to the coffee steam layer)... then I'd have the front of the cup on a static layer over the text... the back of the cup on a layer behind the text. Can't seem to make it work. Open to any suggestions. Thanks!

Hello folks,

Unfortunately that article was a bit outdated and if I recall referenced some html tutorial another user found but it stopped working which is why we had it removed.  We do not currently have a way to achieve this natively outside of using the Overlay layer, but this feature currently applies to every vertical.  We are continuing to look at adding this feature to selective layers but it is not yet on the new feature roadmap.  I'd encourage everyone to add their comment or vote to an existing feature request submission for such a feature so that we can gauge the demand for it — https://support.magplus.com/entries/94576386

As for achieving this currently, we do not often explore 3rd-party HTML solutions as we try to focus our efforts on improving the product and it's native features but in general if you find an HTML tutorial and want to test it, if it works well on the device's default browser it should work on our platform.
