iPad3 caching problem

Hi,

I tried to open a mib over a Dropbox link and it didn't reach to Reviewer because of my iPad storage limit but the data was cached in spite of all. Deleting all issues from Reviewer didn't release the cache. Storage usage shows 2,4 GB's for Reviewer even if Library has no content inside. Restarting Reviewer app and iPad didn't solve the problem.

Secondly how much storage do I need pushing 700MB mib? Seems like having 1,4 GB free space on iPad for that is not enough.

How to release the cache on iPad?

Thanks!

Hi Ken,

Which version of the Reviewer are you using. we are not able to reproduce the error. When the library is emptied the app should use about 28mb. If the problem is not solved, try re-installing the Reviewer and see if that helps.

Hi,

I'm using the latest Reviewer version 4.0.2 and iOS6. It has happened with previous versions as well and you can reproduce the error actually. Just take an iPad having less storage than mib size to be pushed or linked and see what happens :)

Reinstalling the app released the cache but it can't be the common workflow.

Thanks, ken
