Common CSS/javascript across multiple HTML widgets

I have multiple, different HTML objects on a page, and I would like those widgets to share a common CSS and JavaScript library. Is there a way to do this?

Currently I have to copy the common library to the directory for each HTML object.  The common library is getting quite big and I hate having to bloat the app with multiple copies.

Has this been implemented?

same problem:

It is really crucial to efficiently publish issues with interactive content.

There should be an option to make libraries per issue and globally across all issues, so the heavy downloading only has to be done once when the app is downloaded or updated from the stores.

If global libraries are enabled, there should also be a feature to make a dependency for an issue to the version of the app (version number defined by the user), to guarantee that the user has the latest js/css library installed before opening the app.

So that when an issue is opened, it checks the version of the app and triggers a modal asking the user to update the app.
