Why can't I export vertical for review?

When I try to export for a fast review I receive this error message "Failed to export vertical for review!". What's up with that?

I'm attempting to review on the iOS Simulator and get the same message.

@serdar: Make sure that you have looged in to the support site (the orange button in the top right corner of the page.

I am having the same problem, and am logged in, and when I try to go to the above link get the message "

It may have been deleted.

Hello Lynn-

You'll need to be logged in to the support site in order to gain access to that particular page.  There should be an orange button at the top right of <support.magplus.com> where you can log in.  After doing that, try accessing this link again:

I am logged in. It shows my name in the upper right hand corner, no orange button. Thank you.
