Strangely, the Back to Top jump link works perfectly on all of the vertical orientations but doesn't work on any of the horizontal orientations. I triple-checked the setup of the link; everything is correct. Even stranger, when I review the verticals the horizontal's links work. When my client reviews, they don't. Could there be a bug with the most recent Reviewer app?

Can you please send us a packaged InDesign file (including all associated links) where you're seeing this behavior so we can take a look on our end and try to replicate?

To confirm, can you clarify which version of the tools (Designd Reviewer, Plugin, and Production Tool) you're using as well as the version of InDesign you're on?
To rule it out, if you haven't already, can you try updating to the latest versions from our website (here: https://www.magplus.com/my-magplus/ as well as update to the latest Designd Reviewer through the App Store app on your device) and try building on a new brand new InDesign template which you can either get by going up to the top menu of InDesign > 'Mag+ Designd' > 'New Mag+ Designd Vertical...' and choose the appropriate device for your case or find them locally on your computer by going to 'Applications' > 'Mag+' > 'Mag+ Templates') and let us know if that works for you afterward?
If it doesn't, can you please send us the newly built InDesign file (packaged via Dropbox as before) so we can take a look at it once again on our end?
