Hi Ravi,

Are you seeing this right after you installed the Mag+ Designd Reviewer or are you trying to push MIBs to it and they aren't showing up?

If right after you installed, it will be empty by default until you start populating it with MIBs.

Thanks for clarifying, Ravi.

Can you send us that MIB (maybe via Dropbox link) so we can try to replicate this on our end?

Thanks for sending your MIB, Ravi.

After testing, I was able to push it to my Nexus 7 with no problem (see attached screenshots):

Can you confirm what Android device (and OS) you're using?

Just to confirm, are both your computer and smartphone on the same Wi-Fi network when you try reviewing to the device?

Yes, Desktop connected in land cable and smartphone connected in Wi-Fi, but both are same network only.

I cant push the MIB file through my desktop. So that I used dropbox. Unfortunately its not working.

Thanks for clarifying, Ravi.

That device is labeled as a "smartphone" with a resolution of 720 x 1280 px and a screen size of 5.5 inches so it will only be able to read smartphone-specific MIBs (i.e.'Android Phone 1280x720', 'Apple iPhone 4', or 'Apple iPhone 5').

The one that you're trying to push to that device is an 'Apple iPad MIB' which will not work (as expected). Try creating a smartphone MIB and let us know if you have any problems pushing that one afterward.

Hope this helps.

Hey Ravi,

Can you clarify what you mean by "not working"? Is it pushing to the device and showing blank (for example)?

Also, is this the same MIB that you tried pushing before? If not, can you please send me a Dropbox link of it so I can try on my end to replicate the behavior you describe?
