Recently, we experienced a rare bug in which some brands reported that issues marked in Publish to “Include in Subscription” did not retain the setting after publishing, which led to subscribers not getting the issue. The bug was resolved on 11/13, however some action may still be necessary to ensure all of your customers receive the proper entitlements.
If you published an issue between 10/22 and 11/13 and have noticed a significantly lower download count or a significant uptick in customers complaining of not getting the issue, please let us know at email@example.com right away and we can manually restore the entitlements.
